 Become a Friend on Facebookhi good day the company that i work for the ceo was from holland from his return back to southafrica be brought these stroop wafel to the office for us thats the first time that i tasted them and loved it it so difficult to find any here in s.a and feel that its a pity that the other south africans can not enjoy it the way i did. Janine I have been ordering from you for a few years already, and have given them as gifts to teachers, co-workers, friends and of course my boss. I knew when I gave this as a gift it would be unique! I did have to keep your site a secrete to all my friends at first, than I gave in, now they can all order their own! hahah! Before that, I would have to wait for my Tante Rena or Ome Carl to visit California before I could get FRESH stroop waffles. At one point when my sister went back home she took with her an empty suit case, on her return to California it was FILLED with stroop waffles. Customs didn't know what to take of it! It was funny! I also had purchased stroop waffles from a local "Dutch Bakery" and they were so stale that we would throw them like Frisbee's at the birds, and when they hit the ground they would turn to dust! The "Dutch Bakery" said they were fresh! Probably fresh about 6 months ago! Wendy My sister worked for KLM airlines for many years, so we became addicted to Stroopwafels during her years with that company. Her husband recently celebrated his 50th birthday, and we were going crazy trying to figure out a special gift for a guy who has everything. Searching the internet brought us to your site, and we were so excited to find a source in the U.S. to buy these cookies. I must admit, it did cross our minds that your product might not be quite as good as what we could get in The Netherlands...but boy did you prove to us that we had nothing to worry about! The cookies were DELICIOUS...possibly even better than what we remembered, as your caramel is first rate and very buttery. Your customer service is also top notch, and the packaging was very nice for gift giving. All the way around, we were pleased, and we would recommend your cookies to absolutely anyone. Ik ben een Nederlandse Exchange Student uit Amsterdam, ik studeer aan Montana State University en vond tot mijn grote verrassing stroopwafels in een supermarkt vlakbij Yellowstone National Park! Gelijk gekocht en ze waren nog lekker ook, kwam blijkbaar bij jullie vandaan :) Erg blij mee, hoop dat ik ze vaker tegenkom. Zijn er eigenlijk veel Nederlanders in Montana? Hier aan de University zijn er 5. Sabine Wij kregen jullie adres in een cafe in Billings MT en brachten een bezoekje aan jullie geweldige plek. Inmiddels hebben we al een pakje stroopwafels naar binnen gewerkt en ze zijn echt geweldig. We hopen dat jullie als Nederlanders in Billings een bezoekje willen brengen aan ons, Nederlanders in Elkhorn KY.
